Orthodontics-Implant-Tooth Shortage
Some individuals may not have real teeth in frontal zone ( frequently lower and upper side cutter teeth) some may not have real teeth in slightly in side zones. 
These teeth shortages mostly disrupt aesthetics and speaking and chewing systems. What must be done urgently must be decided by orthodontists. Two factors are important in planning.
1- It should be get prepared to implant construction with orthodontic arrangement required by replacing missing teeth.
2- If locations of excessively crooked and missing teeth are not formed, teeth should be brought to the optimum aesthetics and closure with orthodontic treatment.
This procedure must definitely planned by orthodontic specialist and surgery implant application must be completed.
In cases that teeth knit into cavities in teeth shortage, they are bent or spaced, it will be fairly wrong to treat with crowning bridges and porcelains. The reason for this is that there is no return when teeth are chipped and gums are devastated for making bridge and crowning.
Usage periods of these applications are 5-7 years and frequent renewal is required. Loss of gums possible to occur cannot be repaired.
Orthodontic treatment and implant must be the most important decision in teeth shortage and teeth knitting. Our real teeth should not be chipped but used in life time and implant must be preferred.
Using the most aesthetic and the longest termed teeth can be provided by correcting natural teeth with orthodontics.
There is no return for chipping teeth and superficial crowning porcelains.
