Tooth Whitening
White teeth are symbol of healthy, clean and well-cared personality. When time elapses, your teeth start to turn yellow in some extent. Of course, tea, coffee, cigarette, red wine accelerate colour change. There is a wide range of products for tooth whitening. We recommend conducting tooth whitening procedure under supervision of your dentist. If you want to have white teeth, this can be  performed within 1 hour in consultation room. There are a few systems having light source for this. Aim of utilization of light source to activate hydrogen peroxide inside whitening substance and shorten procedure duration. Source of this light is as follows:
1-It can be performed with filling device with normal light. Light source is device used for freezing composite and bondings. Light power is low. Desired results can be obtained by increasing number of sessions (sometimes 3-4 sessions) in advanced level colorations.
2- Laser
Bleaching may occur with devices with laser as well. However, several used light sources can be expressed as laser. These expressions are false and deceptive.
3- LED light devices
Light power is sufficient for bleaching procedure. There are several products in markets. Desired results can be obtained.
4- Plasma arc technology
Light power is more powerful than LED devices. Therefore, more effective results can be obtained within shorter duration. It is the latest developed device.
